I went in with a list on my phone, fully prepared for the type of disheartening conversation you might have with a GP. Fortunately, this experience was completely different. I felt heard. And whilst nothing was over-promised, there seemed to be tangible steps we could take to improve my troublesome symptoms. It’s too early to say anything about long-term results, but my first impressions have been great. Worth being prepared to end up in your underwear - just a note if you’ve never been for acupuncture before!
