For example, āfast run is 6 to 8ā or whatever it is because I honestly shut my brain off and donāt want to have to remember what the range is for sprint vs jog vs run vs fast run while Iām doing it

Very thankful for the studio providing towels and all the extras for those going to work after and need to prep! But It would be great if there were more size inclusive towels and some that were a bit softer!

see all reviewsThe heat was super gentle and the beginning yoga portion was a really manageable flow and a great warm up. The medium weights were enough to require decent effort to make it through without being overly fatiguing in exercises like curls, halos, squat thrusters, and sumo squats. Overall really good class, fabulous instructor, and a gorgeous studio with everything you could need. Only feedback was the music seemed crazy loud for shavasana but was totally fine otherwise - would recommend this to everyone.

Loved the place, had a great workout and enjoyed the steam room and sauna afterwards (although the sauna wasnāt really hot enough to be effective, but thatās a detail). Will definitely come back with Class pass!

Iāve found yoga flow classes at exhale to be a bit slow and beginner, but this class was great for yogis with some experience. Cassandra brought such a great energy to the class. I was sweaty, relaxed, and engaged!

see all reviewsI thought a 75 min yoga class would seem too long but it was a perfect duration. we were able to cover a wide range of poses and stretches. didn't feel rushed on the stretches which was good and some extra time in shivasana which was also nice. the space was spacious and instructor gave clear instructions with modifications and alternatives.
