I’ve been having a string of rough weeks, and they were so kind and gentle with me. No one else showed up, so I had the class to myself, and we worked on what I had requested. Their instruction was clear, and the flow they led me through helped me let go of a lot of tension. I truly do feel restored and seen, and I hope to take more classes with Charlie soon.
